I haven't seen a phpBB based site in a long time and honestly I miss it and an earlier internet full of these. I appreciate the effort that people are putting in to balancing all communication and community related concerns.
Two things are coming to mind.
First, nothing is permanent and the only thing that exists is the present moment.
Second, in the end, only kindness matters.
See ya'll around the lake, or wherever it is we find ourselves in the future.

This is such a wonderful nostalgic throwback and now my favorite way to engage in off-season.
